Services

Serious clinical work, unhurried.

Dr. Tippett's practice is intentionally small. Every client receives her direct attention — not a referral to an associate, not a template treatment plan. What's offered here is serious clinical work, unhurried and tailored to the person in front of her.

All offerings are provided through a trauma-informed, gender affirming, and anti-racist framework. Sessions are primarily virtual, across Colorado.

01

Psilocybin-assisted therapy

Psilocybin-assisted therapy combines carefully structured therapeutic support with a supervised psilocybin experience. It is not a standalone treatment and is not appropriate for everyone. This is a multi-session offering, beginning with a thorough screening and preparation process before any administration session is considered.

Available through Colorado's regulated Natural Medicine program.

02

Individual therapy

Ongoing work with adults navigating trauma and complex PTSD, addiction and substance use, grief, and attachment patterns that have not shifted under previous treatment. Sessions are weekly to begin with. Some people come for a season and leave with what they came for; others stay for years and go deeper. Both are legitimate.

Pattern work done purposefully

03

Couple's therapy

For partners working through a rupture — an affair, an addiction, a loss — or for those who want to level up and deepen an existing connection. Careful attention is paid to current relational patterns, attachment syles, and a clear path forward. Where addiction or trauma sits underneath the relationship trouble, Dr. Tippett's clinical background means it can be addressed rather than worked around.

04

Psychedelic integration

For people who have had a psychedelic experience — planned or otherwise — and are looking for support in understanding and integrating what arose. This is standalone therapy, not facilitated sessions, and does not involve the use of any substance. Integration work can be especially valuable after ceremonies, clinical trials, or other non-ordinary states.

Available virtually, across Colorado.

Fees

Self-pay, and straightforward about it

Individual therapy, couple's therapy, and psychedelic integration are $200 per hour.

Psilocybin-assisted therapy is a multi-session course rather than an hourly service, so the full cost is discussed during the consultation. A limited number of sliding-scale places are available.

Dr. Tippett is out of network and does not bill insurance directly.

"When we have the courage to walk into our story and own it, we get to write the ending."

Not sure which of these you need?

That is a normal place to start, and it is what the free consultation is for. You don't have to arrive with it figured out — describe what has been going on and Dr. Tippett will tell you honestly what she thinks would help, including when that is something she doesn't offer.

Getting started

A thirty-minute conversation, at no cost, to see where to begin.

Write to her directly, or book the consultation call. She answers her own email.

What happens next

One

You email her, or book the call yourself.

Two

A thirty-minute conversation, at no cost and no obligation, about what has been going on.

Three

If it is a fit, you schedule. If it isn't, she will tell you and point you somewhere better.

Email isn't a secure channel — keep it brief and save the details for the call.
